When it opened for business in June 1989, Churchill was one of the first direct insurers in the UK. Over the years we’ve kept our visionary spirit alive by extending our product portfolio to include car, home, pet, travel, motorcycle and van insurance, as well as breakdown cover.
Today Churchill has over 1.6 million British customers. Our policy holders see us as dependable, friendly and open – as cheerful and straightforward to deal with as our famously positive mascot. We want to build on our excellent reputation as we continue to forge a path through an increasingly clustered market.
Much of this is down to our passion for providing the best possible customer service. That’s why we call 1,000 customers every month to ensure that we’re delivering on our promises and constantly improving what we do.
