We want our customers to have a great experience when dealing with Direct Line Group. So we do everything we can to make sure that happens. Customer relations is often associated with one thing – complaints. However, the reality is so much more.
Our focus is on our customers at all times. So as well as having experts within customer relations who do handle potential complaints, we also have a Customer Relations Strategy Team dedicated to looking at how we can improve our customers' experiences. They not only identify why our customers feel the need to complain in the first place, they make improvements to the way we work with the aim of making sure it never happens again.
