Careers within IT range from strategy to solution delivery and implementation. Our Chief Information Office (CIO) builds, manages and governs the IT systems in our business. There are four main areas:
  • Solutions and architecture manage the IT strategy
  • Delivery involves achieving cost-effective and timely programmes and projects
  • Infrastructure supporting the business with a high level of service
  • Business management and reporting looks at the budget, reporting into the business.
Dedicated to insurance

We offer a range of insurance-specific opportunities, including Underwriting, Actuarial, Pricing and Financial roles.
 
Underwriters assess the risk involved in insuring a business or an individual. They decide what the terms of acceptance are through the level of cover we offer, our policy wordings and excesses used as part of the pricing process. 
 
Jobs include Branch Underwriting, which involves looking at small to medium-sized risks and Head Office Underwriting which centres on larger, complex risks.
 
Automotive jobs
 
Recognising the unique skills of our team, we have a range of accident repair centre jobs including:
  • Repair Controllers who supervise the activities of workshop team members to ensure that production targets are met
  • Vehicle Damage Assessors carry out the assessment of all vehicles, to check for accident damage and produce accurate Audatex estimates
  • Drivers collect and deliver vehicles, often dealing with customers directly
