If we’re impressed by your application, you’ll often be invited to one of our assessment centres as part of the recruitment process. Typically based in one of our offices, they help to give us an even better idea of whether you’ve the skills, experience and qualities we’re looking for.
Put simply, they’re designed to show us if you’re the right person for the job. There’ll be a range of exercises on the day that allow us to assess your knowledge, aptitude, skills and general fit with our organisation.
