The second stage of the application process for our call centre jobs is a 20-30 minute telephone interview, which enables us to assess your abilities and suitability for the role.
Before your telephone interview you should:
Make sure that you are in a quiet environment and somewhere you can talk openly about your career history or work experience
Have your CV at hand during the interview so you can refer to your work experience and achievements
