Real first-hand experience, great support from across the Group and the chance to build your skills in one of the UK’s most successful industries. You’ll get monthly training from a dedicated assessor, study-time during the week, projects to master, online learning and a qualification at the end of it, and of course, you’ll be getting paid while you learn your trade. The whole reason you’re here is to learn. So in every interaction in every part of our business, we’ll make sure you’re doing exactly that. As an apprentice, a training provider assessor will meet with you each month to tailor your individual learning plan, helping you gain all the knowledge you need to understand your role. With 3.5 hours of study time each week, online learning and quarterly apprenticeship development, we’ll help you stay on track to get the very best from this opportunity. And at the end, you’ll have a great set of specialist skills, a professional qualification, and the chance to progress to our Higher Apprenticeship Programme or secure a permanent, full-time role with us.

Whichever programme you’re interested in, we’ll want to see that you are someone who wants to help our customers and is willing to be adaptable, curious, and not afraid to ask for help. You may find that you need some specific education requirements for the business area you choose, but we don’t expect vast experience. You’ll be studying towards a qualification relevant to your Apprenticeship while working full time.
