Our rotational graduate programme is not just about learning how to do a job, but also about ensuring our graduates are equipped with the skills and tools they need to become future business leaders. As a graduate on our programme, you will be exposed to all kinds of projects, and stakeholders, by working across four rotations in different business areas. One of these will be a customer facing contact centre placement, to enable you to get a true understanding of our services and how these impact our customers. Each of these rotations will come with their own learning opportunities to develop your personal and leadership skills, which is an incredible stepping stone into a permanent role at the end of the programme, and a great launchpad into your career.
We look for more than just a degree. You’ll need real motivation and the ability to work in an ever-changing environment. You’ll be curious, adaptable, unfazed by ambiguity, collaborative, analytical, commercially aware, and most of all – you’ll be someone who could bring out the best in the people around you.
You’ll have a talent for spotting how to make things better, and for rolling up your sleeves to do just that. And you’ll need to be passionate and self-motivated too, so you can work with us to accelerate your career.
Our eligibility criteria
You’ll need at least a 2:1 undergraduate degree (in any discipline), with the flexibility to relocate across the UK during the programme. You may be required to relocate around four times during the programme - dependent on business needs. And, what’s great is that you’ll get to experience our different offices.
It all starts with a competitive £2,500 joining bonus and a £28,150 salary, which will grow as you do – with an annual pay increase on the anniversary of your start date. You’ll also enjoy 25 days’ holiday with the option to buy or sell up to five days. What’s more, your benefits are flexible:
Bromley and Leeds are hubs for our graduates however throughout our graduate programme you could be working in any of our UK sites. So, not only do you get to experience working from our different offices, but you also get a great opportunity to explore new and different corners around the UK.
