What we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who has experience of recruiting Engineering roles, such as Software Engineers, dev ops, SRE's, test engineers, Data Engineers etc for a 6-12 month fixed term contract. You will come and source great talent across all our well-known brands including Direct Line, Churchill and Green Flag. Recruiting mid to senior level professionals, you will passionate about providing stakeholders and candidates alike with an honest, consultative approach and positive experience with us. You will love recruitment, be focused on direct sourcing, be a team player and enjoy finding recruitment solutions to sometimes challenging hires.

Our Specialist Recruitment Team are a bunch of passionate and fun individuals who work across all our brands, on specialist and experienced hires. They know how important the candidate and stakeholder experience is, and work at an amazing pace to deliver it. They love catching up with each other on MS Teams, seeing who can do the best posts on LinkedIn, and keeping our agency spend low.
What you’ll be doing
This opportunity will see you recruiting for mid - senior hires across our Technology Services and Data teams, your key focus will be on direct sourcing, using your engineering network to find the best talent on the market. You’ll be working in collaboration with the business and HR People Partners to ensure recruitment demand is met and provide innovative ways to source candidates via social media and other channels. You will be managing your roles, candidates and agencies through our ATS (workday) and making sure this is always up to date so we can pull arcuate reporting at any time, You will be an expert in technology recruitment, providing market and industry insight.
