We currently have a phenomenal opportunity to join our Bromley based team as a Brand Marketing Manager, on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
As a Marketing Manager for the Direct Line brand, you will help develop the overall marketing communications plan in conjunction with the brand squad, agency partners and internal measurement and efficiency teams.
What you'll be doing:
Developing compelling and effective best-in-class integrated marketing campaigns (including ATL/broadcast media), managing a range of agency partners
Managing the creative production process for ATL / broadcast media, working with media and creative partners and internal teams
Writing brand strategy as well as the plans needed to execute against that strategy
Helping to develop annual strategic marketing communications plan, working closely with our agency partners and internal effectiveness teams
Working with relevant mix of paid, owned and earned media to deliver an integrated customer experience
Evaluating creative and research agencies’ concepts and gives clear, constructive and meaningful feedback
Developing deep customer insight and building an articulation of the role of a brand
Writing research briefs to test customer insight and advising brand positioning
Writing research briefs to deliver outstanding and creative propositions
Supervising, measuring and optimising campaign performance, working closely with our internal brand and effectiveness teams
Who you’ll be working with:
Based within Agile operating environment, you’ll be working closely with your squad, agency partners, Chapter Leads and colleagues across DLG to achieve squad missions.
What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a Squad Member at intermediate proficiency to join our Marketing Chapter. You’ll have experience in integrated marketing communications and be a commercially minded, results driven marketeer with a consistent track record of developing impactful multi-media campaigns. You know the best balance of brand and direct response to continuously improve performance and test and learn is at the heart of everything you deliver.
