What we are looking for:
We are searching for a commercially minded individual with a strong background in resolution of motor insurance fraud litigation to join us in a new and forward-thinking role on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will ensure that the appropriate outcome is achieved to control and minimise Direct Line Group’s exposure to fraud, with a focus on balancing commercial and financial requirements with protection of our genuine customers. You will have been qualified as a solicitor for at least 5 years, and have a current practising certificate.
Who you’ll be working with:
This is an excellent and unique career opportunity for a skilled Insurance Fraud Solicitor to be part of our Counter Fraud function, reporting into our Group Legal Department. In this role you will demonstrate a clear focus on detection, and prevention and disruption of fraud, as well as supporting and advising our fraud claims handlers in order to achieve optimum outcomes.
