The role

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Proposition Development Manager to find innovative, creative solutions to customer’s problems, and come up with amazing new products that our customers will love. We need a highly motivated, creative and strategic thinker with experience in proposition innovation or product development to help us change the landscape of insurance!

You will be part of our award-winning Marketing team, working on some of the UK's best known brands in partnership with teams across the wider business. Your goal? To ensure that we put the customer at the heart of everything we do. What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be responsible for developing customer focused propositions that are compelling, impactful and commercially effective – to differentiate our brand as a market leader.
  • You’ll use your analytical skills as well as creative and critical thinking to find innovative solutions to the way we do things.
  • You’ll be able to influence key internal and external decision makers, so phenomenal interpersonal skills are essential!
  • You’ll be adept at ensuring our propositions are consistent with our company strategy and meet industry regulations
  • You’ll have a strong knowledge of proposition development, keeping up with standard methodology and industry trends to make sure we’re always adapting to emerging innovations and new ideas.
  • You’ll have a knack for interpreting financial data and building meaningful business cases so that stakeholders understand the need to change.
  • You’ll regularly review our approach, measurements and progress, ensuring it is fit for purpose and proposing changes if this is not the case.
