What we are looking for:
A Commercial Manager within our IT & BPO category which plays a key role in managing supplier risk, and ensuring that the end customer receives excellent service through consistent supplier outcomes. You’ll need to have experience managing stakeholders at all levels. Ideally having built your career in a sourcing role, you’ll have strong influencing skills coupled with a consultative approach to work with our suppliers and address any commercial issues that arise.

We’ve found these improvements have resulted in efficiencies and increased collaboration across the board, achieving better results, and a 2018 CIPS Award nomination for Most Improved Procurement Operation – Step change!
