What we're looking for:

This is a phenomenal opportunity for an IAM Governance Analyst to join Direct Line Group, a market leading insurer based in Bromley. We’re just 20 mins to Central London!

IAM Governance is currently made up of 5 members and part of a bigger Identity and Access Management Team under Service Control.

The Governance Team ensures that all Systems/Applications under the framework of IAM are administered in compliance with Information Security Minimum Standard requirement. The team also ensures that all agreed processes are been followed to ensure compliance with outside regulators and relevant internal policies.

Who you'll be working with:

Our focus is on the day to day governance, assurance and integration of our IT services and the coordination of key suppliers, to deliver our overall Service Model.

Our priority is to deliver IT services that are performant & stable expertly focused on improving services as we learn more about the way in which we have designed and built our systems for the business and our customers.

If things do go wrong, we are there to enable a speedy resolution wherever possible. We want to be passionate about the' voice of the customer' to ensure that the actions we take are relevant and meaningful to the people who use our systems and services.

Some key focuses will be;

  • Oversee IAM Provisioning and Technical Change teams to ensure ongoing compliance with processes and policies.
  • Implement Governance processes to ensure compliance by 3rd parties and internal staff to system access management audit regulations and policies and be a point of contact for internal and external Auditors.
  • Contribute to the development of IAM processes\ tools to ensure continued improvement and service of the function.
  • Develop and maintain system templates and ensure authority levels within those systems are correct and appropriate against pre-defined RBAC and UAC templates.
  • Find opportunities to improve service and maintain hosted applications within the IAM toolsets and framework, supporting the other teams and the business need to change and decommission as and when required and support operational process.

Required Skills / Essential Skills

  • Identity and Access Management Governance/Audit experience
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication and analytical skills

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of SQL/Microsoft Access
  • Identity and Access management Provisioning experience
  • Knowledge Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
