What we’re looking for:
You will be responsible for leading our scrum teams and removing impediment on behalf of DLG’s projects and programmes, as well as ensuring our development practises and change management processes are in line with Agile delivery goals
Our teams are transitioning to Agile working practises and we have a community of Agile advocates who are supporting the teams on this journey. You will be part of this team and will assist in educating the organisation and moving our capability forward in line with strategic goals.
You will be supporting teams that enable our business to deliver new systems or incrementally changing the applications to evolve our business to keep it successful in the market.
Recent successful deliveries have included introducing a new modern platform for our commercial business portfolio and working with our business teams to radically improve our change process to make it smoother and more efficient
Who you'll be working with:
Sitting within Application Development and Maintenance (AD&M) we provide a number of services within Technology Services (TS), including end to end testing and Application Maintenance support services to ensure high availability of systems.
