An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Policy Validation Support Investigator to join our in-house Counter Fraud team.

This is a permanent position opportunity on a full time basis and will be based at our Bromley Office.

You will minimise the impact of fraud on our customers, shareholders and the business.

What being a Policy Validation Support Investigator involves:

  • Undertake enquiries on policies to validate the need for further investigation.
  • Lead on cognitive investigation interviews, assessing behaviour and fraud types, ensuring informed decisions are made.
  • Contribute to Counter Fraud Policy savings through end to end management of cases.
  • Manage customer expectations both verbally and in written communications.
  • Assist with resolution of customer complaints where appropriate.
  • Ensure that all work and tasks allocated are dealt with expertly and in a timely manner.
  • Be responsible for preparing data to load onto national fraud prevention databases.
  • Ensure compliance with all Risk Management activity.
  • Liaise with external bodies i.e. IFB, CIFAS and other financial institutions to aid the combating of fraud.
  • Be a champion for Policy Validation, promoting the department to other areas of the business.

Skills & Qualities you’ll need:

  • Knowledge of Fraud and Investigation
  • An understanding of the Claims and Sales/Service processes
  • Excellent customer service and partner management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Data gathering and data analysis
  • Ability to handle your own considerable workload

Shifts: 35 hours per week Monday - Friday, 9AM-5PM
