What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a multi-skilled Scrum Master to build, coach and guide the Development Team and Product Owner to deliver revolutionising digital products within an Agile environment. If you have a curious mindset and are willing to challenge the status-quo then you will excel in this role.

Who you’ll be working with:

You will be working in our dynamic, high performing Digital department alongside other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, Engineers, Designers, plus more.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be the Scrum owner and SME in the team, able to answer questions and challenges related to the Agile approach and its operational application
  • Transforming the team by mentoring the team in embracing and operating Scrum properly to effectively support the business
  • You’ll be dedicated to helping the team to perform to their highest ability and to continually improve.
  • Responsible for building a culture of trust and no-blame within the team.
  • Facilitating the team across all of the ceremonies to help promote complete and relevant team participation.
  • You’ll champion the agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban), ensuring that Agile principles are practised by peers and understood by stakeholders.
