What we’re looking for:
Who you'll be working with:
You will be working with colleagues of varying levels and disciplines including the wider Pricing team, Underwriting and Business managers. Your direct line manager will be Peter Butters, Pricing Manager.
What you'll be doing:
You will be part of the Commercial Packages Pricing team, but it is a varied role where you might assist with projects with other teams within the department. As with any of our pricing roles you will have a responsibility to analyse product performance and provide insight to support our business managers in achieving their targets. You may also be involved in projects that implement new factors, data or risk model improvements into our rating algorithms, or aid development of our long term pricing capabilities.
You will build relationships and represent the team. We need great presenters who can understand and communicate pricing ideas clearly to colleagues from other business areas. We also need someone who can develop trust, and influence decisions when there are difficult choices to be made.
