  • Administrator & Invoicing

All roles are at the heart of our Auto Services business, and you’ll need be enthusiastic, upbeat, and committed to delivering the best repair service.

As an Administration and Invoicing expert we want you to bring your previous experience, skills, and knowledge to the team. You’ll need to demonstrate your experience in dealing with our customers as well as working to tight deadlines to meet our customer’s needs. If you love to stay busy this role is really for you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will be helping to complete invoices and other administrative tasks for all DLG Auto Services sites within your Region
  • You will be based at a local site but some travelling to other sites maybe required on an ad-hoc basis so a driving licence will be essential in this role, a vehicle will be provided as required. Also some overnight stays maybe required due to distance of some locations
  • Delivering Service Level Agreements, ensuring to meet our Customer’s and Business needs
  • Identifying, owning, and handling the risks involved in running our business that are appropriate to the role, whilst keeping in line with the Direct Line Group risk framework
  • You will be accountable for your individual performance and contributing to business performance

You will be working as part of an office team within a flexible working model reporting directly to a regional manager in auto services, working within a team of other Regional Customer Service Advisors and you will be part of the wider Auto Services team.
