That's why we're excited to grow our teams and looking to recruit for a number of Central Administrators to join our Birmingham based team to support the operational delivery of a strategic project.

These positions are offers on Secondment / Fixed Term Contract basis and will be based at our Birmingham site initially during training and then will become a hybrid role with 2/3 days a week in the office.

What you'll be doing:

  • Completing the delivery of all invoicing for DLG Auto Services in both BMS Eclipse and Audatex in a timely and efficient manor

  • Dealing with general administrative tasks for all DLG AS Sites.

  • Delivering Service Level Agreements, ensuring to meet our Customer’s and Business needs.

  • Identifying, owning, and handling the risks involved in running our business that are appropriate to the role, whilst keeping in line with the Direct Line Group risk framework.

  • You will be accountable for your individual performance and contributing to business performance.

  • Dealing with complex assessment changes needed in the invoicing process.

  • Raising sales invoices on BMS Eclipse and Audatex Invoice.

  • Ensuring Invoices are raised within the correct SLA.

  • Updating Audatex Enterprise Gold assessment.

  • Optimising the day one process.

  • Identifying and recording where process has not been adhered too.

What you'll need:

All roles are at the heart of our Auto Services business and you'll need to be enthusiastic, upbeat and committed to delivering the best repair service.

As you can imagine Health and Safety and working to industry standards is important to us. We always ensure our teams and customers safety at each stage of the repair process, ensure tasks are carried out in compliance with Health and Safety and following Audatex estimates, observing DLGAS ways of working and BS10125 procedures.

Contract: FTC / Secondment

Location: Birmigham

Hours: 35, 37.5 or 40 hours a week to match current working schedule (for internal applicants).

Hybrid working: 2/3 days from the office after initial training
