Integrated Business Planning and QBR Lead
We have an exciting role for an Integrated Business planning and QBR Lead to lead the efficient alignment of strategy with integrated business plan and OKRs process in supporting DLG achieve this ambition.

Ability to influence senior partners at Exco, Board and Extended Leadership Network level
QBR, agile approach, and strategic planning expertise
Excellent written and verbal communication
You will have the drive, motivation and ability to influence others including those within and outside reporting lines
Strategically and financially astute
What you'll do
Integrated Business planning and QBR Lead role will work with the Head of Group Portfolio & Value Management Office, Director of Strategy and M&A, wider Value Management Office team and partners across DLG to help the Group to deliver greater alignment, transparency and value from our portfolio.
Main responsibilities include:
Manage the Integrated business planning cycle by working with finance and strategy team to align with the financial planning and Corporate Strategic planning process
Lead the alignment of Strategy with Trading and change portfolio
Work with Tribe Leads and supporting functions to create rolling 18-month plans for trading portfolio via OKRs
Evolve the 'Quarterly Business Review' process to better and more holistically manage our performance and strategic prioritisation
Evolve Integrated Prioritisation process and governance for DLG
Work with the strategy team, ExCo and ELN to help set and define the Group OKRs
Be adaptable to changing market conditions and bring this to life for ExCo to reassess goals on a quarterly basis
Hold ExCo and ELN accountable for outcomes & benefits
Align Annual OKRs to Strategic financial and non-financial goals and lead 'value added' Exec MI through QBR
Manage group level dependency register focusing on outcomes, resources and system dependencies
In-Collaboration with Delivery team lead the monthly Resource forum to unblock resource dependencies and escalate to ExCo for trade-offs decisions
