Pricing Practitioner 3
We are keen to meet people who would like to join Direct Line Group as a JuniorPricing Practitionerfocusing on Personal Lines products.You'll work with the wider Pricing and Underwriting team across our Insurance productshelping to deliver theright price for any given insurance risk.You'll support pricing outcomes for some of the Industry's biggest brands and your ideas will shape what we do – and could make a positive impact on our customers' lives.
You’ll gain knowledge and experience to build your understanding of our business, our customers, and the wider industry. You'll be able to learn and be part of the end to end pricing process from setting the risk price through to optimisation as we support you in your development journey across our products – so if you’ve wanted to try something new for a while, you should consider us!
What you'll need:
You'll have at least 1 yearsinsuranceexperience and you'll need the ability to work and create in an ever-changing environment.
It would be advantageous but not essential to have experience inHomeor Motorinsurance pricing or similar and experience of using Radar and/or Emblem software would be beneficial.
You'll be curious, unfazed by ambiguity, a good problem solver, analytical, collaborative, a good communicator and commercially aware.
You'll have a talent for spotting how to make things better, and for rolling up your sleeves to do just that.
