Senior Web Analyst

We are looking for a Digital Analyst to join the Data Chapter to drive digital analytics, insight and reporting.
As a Digital Analyst, you’ll be responsible for providing customer centric digital insight, and help to define the capability requirements needed to fully understand our customers journeys and behavioural traits.
What we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data in a variety of tools and will have a proven ability to effectively communicate insights to cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders. You’ll have an experience of working with Adobe Analytics and Digital Customer Journeys.
Who you’ll be working with:
You will be working in a squad, where all squad members are accountable to deliver the projects which they have agreed on collectively. Each member is equally important. In your squad, you will be using your analytics and communication skills to encourage data driven decisions.
You will be working with different functions of the organisation like with the Marketing Chapter and its Customer Centre of Expertise to explain the "How" and the "Why", or with the UX designer from the Design Chapter.
What you’ll be doing:
Create web analytics requirements to be able to capture digital journey performance.
Basic understanding of UX to work design to improve customer journeys.
Provide guidance web analytics best practice including data implementation & governance
Perform ad hoc analysis and reports to answer strategic business questions.
Identify trends, opportunities and anomalies while developing theories to explain them.
Create and present complex insights to non-technical stakeholders. Possess the ability to influence leadership through fact-based analysis.
Develop an understanding of our digital audiences to support personalisation and optimisation.
