What you'll be doing:

Reporting to your Team Manager, you'll take care of Disaster, Recovery & Restoration (DR&R) losses – resulting from escape of water / flood / fire.

You will own portfolio of standard Home domestic DRR claims where a single party offline video has been captured in summary of the claim. You will

play an important part in ensuring our customers have their claims handled in a fair and efficient manner. You will be working closely with supplychain to deliver optimal claims costs.

By working alongside our Technical Property Claims Handlers, who deal with more complex claims, you will be able to observe and learn new skills which could lead to progressing within the team!

What we're looking for:

You will have an insurance Claims Handling experience (ideally in home/ property) and display a real focus on growing your own technical knowledge required for managing DRR claims.

Other skills:

  • A passion for delivering excellent customer experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining high attention to detail

  • Being able to influence and negotiate with clients

  • Working towards BDMA Accreditations (desirable)
