Insurance Premium Finance Manager
We have a new opportunity to join DLG as our InsurancePremium Finance Manager where you will report to our Premium Finance Product Owner within the Commercial and Customer value division.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team in a time of growing awareness of Premium Finance and ensure everything we do is with the customer at the centre of our thinking. This is a newly formed part of the Group with the opportunity to be at the start of an expanding and agile team helping it shape the future of the Premium Finance for the Group. Experience in this area or related personal finance lending will be key and a great opportunity to shape the commercial and customer lead focus for the product. This is a hybrid module opportunity with some travel to our Leeds or London office.

What you'll do
Be an active member of DLG’s Premium Finance squad which is responsible for all elements of Premium Finance working across the Group with our Product Tribes
Be the voice of Premium Finance across DLG and lead a 'customer 1st' mindset to the product
Understand the end-to-end customer experience for the Group across all channels both Personal Lines and Commercial to make decisions to identify and deliver opportunities which improves customer and commercial value
Complete projects through collaborating with internal stakeholders and effecting change across different operating models
Run multiple (A/B) tests to find the balance between customer and commercial outcomes
Identify and complete projects which improve efficiency to reduce operating costs
Understand conduct and regulatory requirements to ensure the Group remains compliant and within risk appetite of DLG
Understand customer needs to support development of new products, data-driven rating and propositions
Act as a key team member responsible for monitoring the performance, recommending change and managing main suppliers across the end-to-end journey
What we look for:
Experience in Insurance Premium Finance or related personal finance lending.
Work with external service providers
Data-centric; proficient in using multiple data sources daily and interpreting therein (Excel, Tableau)
Passion for customer centricity
Comfortable with reviewing detailed management information
Excellent stakeholder management and engagement at all levels
Focus on the regulatory framework balance, customer needs and commercial opportunities for one of the biggest UK insurers
