What you'll do:
As part of a dynamic high performing team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of discreet Sourcing projects across Professional Services and Travel, including leading on; end to end RFI/RFP’s; as well as commercial and contractual negotiations.
As a key member of the Professional Services & Travel procurement and supply chain team, you’ll also get the opportunity to support on Strategic category wide initiatives and interact with key stakeholders of all levels across the organisation.
You will be joining at an exciting time in the organisation, where you will help develop category strategies to make a step change for the business through the analysis of data and the gathering of intelligence, bringing together supplier, competitor and industry knowledge, and actively working to identify and drive opportunities that deliver commercial benefit.
What you'll need:
You will have good commercial acumen and business awareness with some procurement experience and knowledge of Contracting, Financial Management and market analysis.
You will be an analytical thinker, with bags of drive and a willingness to learn and develop, as we pride ourselves on developing our people to help them understand the business, as well as becoming great technical experts in their field.
You’ll have an ability to interpret multiple data sources to support development of sourcing plans, negotiation plans and financial / market analysis.
You will have the ability to work with cross functional teams and be able to navigate organisational structures and deal with a range of departments on the relevant subject matter to great success.
