What we’re looking for

Whether you’re a first jobber, wanting a career change or you’re returning to work, our new Sales Performance Analyst Apprenticeship will give you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn, pick up qualifications, develop new skills and build a great foundation for the future.

Over the course of this apprenticeship, you will work towards a Level 4 Data qualification.

You’ll need at least

  • GCSE English & Maths 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent, however if you have extenuating circumstances please do get in touch
  • Level 3 qualification (A level, BTEC or equivalent)

Who you’ll be working with

You will be working alongside the Head of Strategic Broker Relationships, Sales Development and Performance Manager, Regional Managers, Strategic Partner Managers and the regional sales team.  Whilst also forming close links and engagement with the Commercial Insight Team

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the ongoing review of action plans as well as providing the monthly reporting of ongoing analysis of SBDM, TAM and SPM performance against NIG plan.

• Support and co-ordinate the continual development of the reports and analysis to provide the best insight into the key areas of focus for the Sales team.

• Utilise all available MI to create a reliable, timely and accurate flow of management information that will provide insight to business performance, including SPM broker presentations and data packs, and the controlling of the strategic partners deals and agency work flow activity.

• Be the central co-ordination for the Sales Performance and Development Manager providing feedback and insight to the local sales teams on new initiatives and driving collaboration from the Sales team with these initiatives.

• Communicate effectively enabling the regional sales teams to focus on delivering their sales plans, acting as a central point of contact and reference.

• Support development and implementation of new broker segmentation strategy

• Work with the business to identify and deliver training support and development events

• Utilise all data platforms available to collate sales activity, visits, data, prospecting, pipelining, new business performance, retention against plan and any other measurables & objectives

• Work in conjunction with the Sales Development and Performance Manager and the Commercial Insight team to produce modern and comprehensive reports and dashboards which enrich our insight and measurables.

• Monitor, with the Sales Development & Performance Manager, the delivery of the sales process for

NIG.  Providing support and development to those who do not deliver against it.

• Identify, own and manage the risks involved in running our business appropriate to my role, in line with the company risk framework.

What we’ll give you

Base Salary - £20,800 Leeds or £22,000 Bromley (due to London Living Wage)

Location:  Bromley or Leeds – your time will be split between the office and home

9% pension contribution

Bonus - up to £500 in Year 1 and up to £750 in Year 2 (dependent on performance and completion of qualification)

Weekly working hours – 35 hours per week

Start Date – TBC
