To support this we're recruiting for a Digital & Design Consultant, as part of our newly created Design Studio where you'll shape and design innovative learning solutions that helps DLG gain a reputation for being forward thinking and deliver value for the business.

What you'll be doing:
Reporting to the Learning Digital & Innovation Lead, you'll connect learning with skills and careers to evolve organisational capability, propel and sustain our performance and propel the Learning, HR and business strategy.
You will:
Create user flows, and produce wireframes and prototypes.
Conduct research, run user feedback sessions and deliver your findings
Work with the Managed Service Provider, 3rd parties and across learning to develop interactive, engaging learning solutions that integrate all elements
Produce a variety of learning solutions including: web-based, audio, gamification, community-based, animations user generated content, social media, interactive visual aids and presentations.
Maintain a portfolio of evidence-based solutions
Complete user acceptance testing of the end-to-end learner journey
Utilise data and insights to underpin decision-making, demonstrate Return on investment and support storytelling
What you'll need:
Experience of HTML5/CSS and WordPress
An understanding of Digital Marketing/Social Media campaigns
Experience in responsive web design
Experience with Articulate Storyline 360, Rise or similar eLearning authoring tools (don't worry if this isn't your top skill, we are phasing this type of content out).
Audio and Video production skills, using tools such as Camtasia, Premiere Pro
Strong data skills, understands data ethics, governance and how to story tell with data

For this role, we anticipate you would primarily work from home, with expectations to work from the office 1-2 days a week.
The team is spread out across the country and as long as you live a commutable distance from one of our offices in London/Bromley, Leeds, Doncaster, Manchester, Glasgow, or Bristol that's great. We'll support you as best as we can.
