Our vision is a world where insurance is personal, inclusive and a force for good. And, with a business full of brilliant individuals working together to be brilliant for customers every single day, our goal is well within reach. We are hiring an Executive Compensation Consultant to join our Reward Team on a full-time permanent basis.

You will:

  • Proactively support the Remuneration Committee cycle, including drafting papers, running analysis, and co-ordinating with stakeholders.

  • Support with the Directors’ Remuneration Report including drafting and collation of figures, working with key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Provide expertise and advice to support the delivery of the executive reward proposition in line with the needs of the business, market and regulatory governance requirements.

  • Supporting share plan activities including share award calculations, production of employee communication material and preparation of share related matters for approval by the Remuneration Committee.

  • Support with end-to-end people processes, including modelling recruitment and promotion packages, drafting documentation, buyout management, and input to Remuneration Committee papers.

  • Undertake analysis, modelling and testing to support annual Executive Reward processes.

  • Support all BAU Executive reward activity including benchmarking and managing market data providers.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience of providing reward technical expertise in the executive reward space.

  • Experience of providing outstanding stakeholder support.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

  • High level of technical competence in total reward practices and up-to-date knowledge of current reward issues.

  • Professionalism in managing sensitive and high-profile issues.

  • Curiosity, critical thinking, and ability to deal with ambiguity.
