  • You’ll be working closely with our People and Talent Partners to shape people plans carefully mapping out and demonstrating how the initiatives you own will contribute to OKRs

  • You’ll be working closely with our trusted 3rd parties via our managed service provider to develop and evolve solutions and handle any escalations.

  • Work with our Employer Brand Team to develop and deploy marketing approaches for the initiatives you own.

  • Managing the relationship between the business and our managed service provider in relation to the learning offering that applies to your specialism.

  • You’ll be working on several initiatives at once, parachuting into squads made up of key people across the learning experience team who will team up to address learning needs from across the business.

  • You’ll provide expertise and external insight so you’ll be continuously tapping into your active external network and attending industry events to keep up to date with the latest trends and insight and seek out opportunities to gain external recognition.

  • You’ll get stuck in to the challenge of taking complex learning needs, and breaking them down into elegant digital learning solutions which connect skills to career development and business outcomes.
