What you’ll be doing
Reporting directly to the Chapter Lead, you'll:
Onboard, integrate, and utilise new MarTech tools to support marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the MarTech team on the integration and connections roadmap to unlock high-value capabilities.
Develop and manage an audience delivery, testing, and auditing plan to enhance marketing activation.
Advise stakeholders on best practices, capabilities, and approaches for new use cases.
Identify and generate insights on high-value audiences for acquisition and CRM use cases.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and scalability within CDP audience-building workflows.
Implement and test new MarTech tools, integrations, or CDP connectors aligned with the MarTech roadmap.
Work closely with the data enablement team to activate capabilities requiring both CDP and CDM data.
Maintain GDPR and PECR compliance across MarTech tools by enforcing rigorous data protection rules.
Regularly audit the MarTech stack for compliance, using both automated and manual testing.
Document and share new processes or best practices to ensure team alignment.
What we’re looking for
Hands-on experience with a Customer Data Platform (CDP) – Tealium CDP experience.
Advanced experience in web/app data debugging to ensure data accuracy.
Experience with web tag management (e.g., TealiumIQ), JavaScript, and CSS is desirable but not essential.
Understanding of CDP integrations, including connections to Clean Rooms (e.g., Liveramp) or CRM platforms (e.g., Braze).
Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including channel marketing and web/app delivery.
Knowledge of data privacy laws, including GDPR and PECR, and their impact on MarTech.
