Portfolio Tooling Administrator - Planview

About the role
DLG onboarded Planview as a Strategic Portfolio Management partner in early 23. With capability releases and an increasing user base, you will identify and deliver configuration requirements and provide administrative support over the life of the tool in DLG.
What you'll do:
Optimize the configuration of the Planview platform to best suit our needs
Gather requirements, analyse, and improve the Planview functionality to ensure it is adding maximum value to the business
Manage data integrity within the platform
Maintain work and resource calendars
Update and distribute regular reports on work and resource metrics
Help with maintenance and upgrades of software versions
Maintain strategic hierarchy, OKR’s and other primary DLG Structures
Maintain both IAAS and integrations delivered through Tasktop
Provide Level 1 end-user support, technical/application assistance using internal tools for reporting and managing issues
Manage resolution of any eventual product defects and communicate with users
Maintain a relationship with Planview product support (errors, enhancement requests)
Administer resources including resource-related information and attributes
Manage reports and dashboards within the Planview platform
What you'll need:
Experience in SPM Tooling preferably Planview Portfolios
Administrator level experience
Information Systems experience in a large globally distributed environment.
Use technical knowledge to translate business needs to platform solutions
Stakeholder management skills
General PMO experience is welcomed
Who you'll work with:
Reporting to the Portfolio and Tooling Manager, you will sit with the Delivery and Transformation Technology function. You will work with our Change Delivery teams, business Tribes, Finance and strategy teams in two key ways; to supporting the ongoing daily management and maintenance of the Planview platform and identifying, developing and implementing Plainview capability and process enhancements across the organisation
