What You'll Be Doing

Are you a strategic thinker passionate about elevating compliance and process excellence in Procurement & Supply Chain (P&SC) operations? We are in search of an experienced professional to lead our team at DLG, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of innovation and risk mitigation.

• Bring strategic insight to Procurement & Supply Chain operations, ensuring adherence to DLG policies and standards.

• Implement optimal policies, processes, controls, systems, and tools, delivering tangible benefits and measurable results.

• Identify and address emerging risks in P&SC business processes within the Group Risk Department framework.

• Ensure compliance across multiple risk areas, implementing robust monitoring and reporting across source to contract and contract management processes.

• Foster relationships with industry leaders and progressive groups, positioning DLG as an industry leader in innovation.

• Collaborate within Shared Services to introduce processes and technologies that promote best practices, risk awareness, and knowledge sharing.

• Implement processes prioritizing business benefits, risk reduction, and customer-centric decision-making.

• Serve as the key expert for all P&SC policies and standards, ensuring compliance with Group risk frameworks and policies.

• Act as the primary liaison between the P&SC department and the Group Risk team.

What You'll Need:

• Develop and implement an end-to-end S2C strategy using technology to increase buying channels and drive business benefits.

• Drive process and compliance strategy, ensuring internal and external control processes are in place.

• Manage category and commercial management frameworks, focusing on process enhancements and compliance with standards.

• Implement and monitor key risk controls, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with risk management frameworks.

• Drive continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and implementing changes following industry regulations and best practices.

• Act as a role model, providing leadership for the P&SC team and ensuring effective communication and partner engagement.

• Lead the change agenda, ensuring the successful implementation of targeted transformation and development activities.
