The Data Chapter

Our team is at the heart of this mission, and we are looking for people passionate about using data to solve customer problems and making the organisation data driven. We are working with our teams to build our new enterprise-scale, cloud hosted, secure and trusted analytics platform. The platform uses the economics of big data, cloud elasticity, machine learning (ML)/Artificial Intelligence (AI) automation and to turn information into business insights so that we can support our customers better.

What you'll be doing:

Data Visualization and Dashboard Development

  • Use Tableau to create visually appealing and interactive dashboard using Tableau Desktop.

  • Review, analyse Business requirements and translate complex data into meaningful insights for business stakeholders.

  • Publish and schedule reports and dashboards for end-users.

  • Manage Tableau reports including user access, and performance tuning.

SQL Expertise

  • Write Efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.

  • Ensure data integrity and Optimize database performance. 

Data Analysis/ Business Intelligence

  • Understand business requirements and translate them to technical specifications.

  • Work with large datasets and perform data joins, aggregations, and subqueries.

  • Ensure data consistency across different systems.

  • Contribute to data modelling and ETL process.

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and stakeholders to analyse requirements.

  • Provide technical guidance to Junior developers.

What you’ll need:

  • Tableau: Experience in creating visualisations and interactive dashboards.

  • SQL: Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and database management.

  • Python: Use python for data analysis and transformation.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving: Proven track record of addressing complex data challenges and delivering impactful solutions.
