We are looking for an experienced insurance pricing specialist to lead a team in their development of portfolio level claims cost estimates, the analysis of expected claims cost metrics and the development of the pricing control framework to assist the wider Motor businesses. Key strengths we look for is good project management and relationship building skills as you will be responsible for owning the delivery of change to deadlines.
You will be reporting into Nye Hughes, Head of Motor Technical Pricing and managing a team of pricing experts. The department is busy with a lot of exciting and innovative projects under way and offers a varied and exciting working environment.
As The Motor Risk and Control Manager you have a key role in ensuring that we have accurate estimates of claims costs both historically and into the future. You and your team are responsible for ensuring that our technical models are fit for purpose and that any changes to our technical burn cost estimates are implemented into our scores correctly.
