What we're looking for:
This is an exciting time within our Change and Automation team. With up to 3 Business Change Managers (BCM) positions available on a 12 month secondment or FTC basis to improve our capability and permanent resource. We are looking for experienced BCMs to come on-board and lead end to end change.
Who you'll be working with:
You will lead Business Change from all across our business – in the last few years we have delivered projects for colleagues working in Customer Operations, Claims, Counter-Fraud, Robotics, Digital, Property and Finance to name just a few! You will get support from Project Managers, Business Analysts, PMO and of course business SMEs to help ensure success.
Our team has grown to deliver significant change at DLG and continues to do so. We are accountable for the end to end delivery of business change projects, leading the way on key strategic drivers. This is an exciting and dynamic team to be part of – now and in the future!

Salary - Up to £42,000 p.a.
