What we're looking for:

Are you excited by digital technology? Do you like to get stuck in and are keen to learn? If so then our 2-year Digital Apprenticeship opportunity is for you! To be considered you’ll need to have or are predicted A Level grades of A*-C or equivalent in 3 subjects, preferably inclusive of Maths or English, or both.

What you'll be doing:

This role provides an amazing opportunity to join the Portfolio and Operations Team at the very centre of Digital, providing support, oversight, scrutiny and challenge across the department. This role will work closely with both the P&O Coordinators providing access to skills and experience to really develop and nurture your potential. Some of your main tasks will be:

-  Providing coordination, administration and logistical support for the team

-  Owning our Digital teams mailbox and resolving as many queries as possible

-  Building and develop a database of resources and information to support the team including reference material, training aids, process maps and best practice guides

-  Taking ownership of your own performance and development, and achieving the balance between work and training effectively.

What we'll give you:

Working 35 hours per week you'll earn a starting salary of £19,201 per year. Plus, if you can show us you're performing well, you can qualify for a bonus of up to £500 in year 1 and £750 in year 2. We'll also give you all the support and development you need to be successful in the role and to gain your Level 3 qualification.
