This role will require 3 days per week in the office, with some travel to other locations if needed.
Location: Glasgow or Leeds

What you'll be doing:

  • Working collaboratively across learning, HR (including supporting HR change activity and with the Employee Brand Team), suppliers and the business (partners, DNA, learners) to profile audiences, define learning needs and design facilitated learning experiences following the standards and governance set by the design studio.

  • Ensure critical business messaging is threaded through learning e.g. EVP, future skills, culture, career development, external factors, prioritisation).

  • Ensure learning journeys provide opportunities to be embeded.

  • Work with all roles in the learning facilitation hub to shape and ensure consistency of learning experiences.

  • Maintain accurate learning records within the agreed timeframes including LMS data, learning timetables, skills matrices, resource specialist and progress reviews.

  • Produce, presents and story tells using data.

  • Works with the managed service provider to ensure they are set up for success.

What you'll need:

Experience delivering learning within a contact centre environment and to a broad range of audiences

  • Experience of virtual (inc webinars) and face-to-face delivery.

  • Understanding of learning theory and facilitation techniques.

  • Experience working with senior partners and able to interact with other functions/departments across the business.

  • Comfortable working with data.
